Here we are, fully (almost) settled in our new flat. It feels good. Didn’t take time to write but let’s make this an accountability statement and go back to some drafts this week.

👩🎓 We need a Cambrian explosion in education. Period. I felt it as a kid, then student. I’m more convinced than ever now as a parent.

We believed education would pull people out of poverty, free them from ignorance, and help them flourish. We believed education was more than simply training for a job; it was the moral and ethical development that our children deserved. At one time, we even thought education was the foundation for our republic.
🛫 I loved
story; which reminded me one of the kids superpower: fill up the space with pure joy. He’s asking a really important question at the end, which isn’t “how do we get back to what we had?” but rather is: “what do we build next?”. I can’t agree more.When the corporate executive and the college student struck up a conversation in the 1980s, they weren’t just sharing space. They were engaging in a moment engineered by circumstance. The stakes were low; the expected return on breaking social norms was just high enough. With nowhere else to be, curiosity got its chance.

on this sort of things. I obviously feel honored to have my name in such company.
👁 We finished watching this tv show last week and I really recommend it. For french people, there truly had been a before and after Loft Story -which was broadcasted between April and early July 2001. This had been the first reality show on french TV and the cultural impact has been just… gigantic. ‘Culte’ is showing all the behind-the-scenes.
